Evergreen Speedway – 2021 Figure 8 Nationals
Busy intersection during the Stinger 8 main event Super stock 8 main event. This has to have been one of the messiest races I’ve ever seen. Lots of spin-outs. Multiple cars lost parts on the track, causing yellow flags. Multiple cars started hemorrhaging oil onto the track, causing a red flag at one point to clean up the mess. The event overall was really well-paced, but this race by itself might have taken an hour (when run clean, probably would have been around half an hour) Outlaw heat race clean running Stinger 8 main event clean running Outlaws main event false start. The official was annoyed at the lead car for starting early a couple of times, so that car got sent to the back of the field. Tail end of the burnout from the Outlaws main event winner. Green flag for the Outlaws main event. Video might not do justice to how loud these machines were. You could feel each engine rev in your chest.
